After the silence of the epidemic for three years from 2020 to 2023 and the preparation for the relocation of the new building in 2023, this year we start again with opportunities and challenges, and continue to hold the 21st QTG polyurea technology training class. This time, we will inherit the successful experience of the previous 20 training sessions, combined with the development and application level of polyurea materials in recent years, to preach, teach and solve doubts for students from domestic and abroad.
2024 Autumn QTG Polyurea Technology Training Course is now officially open for enrollment!

1.QTG’s background, advantages and faculty strength

Qtech Training Group (QTG) was founded by Professor Huang, the founder of polyurea technology in China. Since October 2009, the on-site polyurea training course on Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway has been successfully held 20 times, training nearly 400 students at home and abroad. It has made great contributions to the development of polyurea technology both in China and all over the world.

 The training course adopts the teaching mode of combining theory and practice, and the teaching method of bilingual teaching in Chinese and English. It systematically introduces the application technology scheme, troubleshooting, case analysis and on-site practical operation of polyurea technology in different application fields. The course content is vivid and practical, and has been praised by domestic and foreign students.

The training course has a professional teaching team, the team experts have long followed Professor Huang in the research and engineering application of polyurea technology, and have personally solved the key technical problems of many domestic and foreign engineering projects.

2. QTG’s training environment

In October 2023, Shamu moved to a new location with a modern training classroom. It is equipped with advanced and complete teaching facilities, providing a comfortable and efficient learning environment, which helps students to master polyurea technology in an all-round way. At the same time, the China Polyurea Technology Museum has just been launched, where the development history, innovation achievements and application cases of polyurea technology displayed will be built into a patriotic education base with science and technology serving the country as the theme according to the opinions of superior authorities.

8. Training course

8.1 Theoretical courses: polyurea technology introduction, polyurea chemical reaction principle, polyurea spraying equipment, substrate treatment, polyurea spraying process and related standards, etc.
8.2 practical courses: polyurea spraying equipment and technology, equipment maintenance, on-site construction teaching, testing equipment introduction and operation.

10. Notice

10.1 Each session of this course requires students to try it by themselves, each person will actually operate the spray gun spraying area of no less than 5 square meters, we will prepare for you masks, protective goggles, protective suits, gloves, shoe covers and other protective equipment, please wear light and old long clothes, trousers and sports shoes. 

10.2 During the training period, accommodation will be arranged by yourself. The accommodation will be arranged at Zhe Fei Hotel (Qingdao Hongdao High-speed Railway Station Exhibition Center). Please return the personnel application sheet before September 30, so that we can arrange accommodation for you. Lunch will be arranged at the Shamu company on October 12th and 13th, Dinner will be arranged at the designated hotel on October 12th (to be confirmed)

10.3 Students who pass the training assessment can get a certificate of completion in Chinese and English signed by Professor Huang (personal photos are required for the certificate, please bring two 2-inch color photos).

 11. Traffic route

11.1 Zhefei Hotel need 20-minute driving from Qingdao Jiaodong Airport. Students can take Metro Line 8 at the airport and get off at Dajian Station, then transfer to public bus or taxi.
